ACTIVE AFTER SCHOOL - NEWCOMBE BALL/VOLLEYBALL - TUESDAYS (7-9YRS)

Event description

The Active After School Program is proudly run by Weipa Town Authority.

Newcombe Ball / Volleyball sessions will be held at the Weipa Aquatic and Sports Precinct each week of Term 4, commencing Tuesday the 11th October.

5 - 6 year olds - 3:15 - 4:00pm

7 - 9 year olds - 4:15 - 5:00pm

10 - 14 year olds - 5:15 - 6:00pm

Kids will need to bring:

- Water bottle
- Must be wearing sandshoes
- Money if they wish to buy a cold drink or snack from the kiosk

A safety reminder: children attending must be dropped off/picked up by a parent or guardian once the session has finished.

To ensure that sessions start on time can we please ask for parents to arrive in a timely manner to allow for time to sign their child in. Parents are welcome to stay for the duration of their child’s session however if children are dropped off, a parent or guardian is to arrive to collect their child at least 5 minutes prior to the end of the session.

In consideration of permission to participate in the Active After School Program, I believe that to the best of my knowledge, my child’s state of health and physical condition is such that the proper use of the services provided in, will not pose any risk to their health or well-being. I acknowledge and agree that their use of the services, will be undertaken entirely at their own risk. I acknowledge and agree that I will not hold Weipa Town Authority liable for any injuries, losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses or liabilities what soever sustained, suffered or incurred by my child for any of the services provided by Weipa Town Authority
